This barn conversion project created a fabulous contemporary family home. We stripped all the interior walls back to brick and insulated, plaster boarded and re-plastered throughout; laid new floor boards; totally rewired & re-plumbed the property; installed a new kitchen & four new bathrooms; installed new feature doors and windows to the front and rear, including aluminium bi-fold doors. Our joiners created a feature glass ballustrade through the interior stairwell; laid oak flooring, doors and frames throughout. Our builders & landscape gardeners replaced a collapsed drain, laid new pipework, installed new guttering and laid two new Indian stone patios and landscaped the drive area.

This stylish bathroom has fully tiled walls (laid in a contemporary brick bond design) and a fully tiled floor. The newly fitted suite has bath, over-bath shower & screen. The sink & WC are built in to a gloss red unit with concealed cistern & pipework. There is a designer chrome towel warmer/radiatior and mirrored wall cabinet; all finished off with a chandellier light fitting to create a sleek easy care bathroom with a luxurious feel.

A total transformation of a kitchen and utility, that included removal of all old units, flooring, ceiling and wall coverings; re-plastering and blocking up an existing doorway. We then installed new kitchen units with solid oak worktops, LED plinth lighting, under-cupboard lighting & TV. This included all electrics, plumbing, tiling and installing appliances. A new ceiling and Karndean flooring was also laid to complete the new look.

A single storey kitchen extension to period farmhouse, to create extra family living space. The extension featured a pitched roof with vaulted ceiling roof windows to allow natural daylight to flood in. The installation of bi-fold doors enabled the homeowner to take full advantage of the views from the property. The installation of underfloor heating made it a very practical family space at any time of the year.

A double storey extension to provide more living space in this family home. The project involved extending the existing brickline of the recessed garage to be in-line with the front of the main house, and then further extending across the full front width of the house to incorporate a porch with pitched roof. The conversion of the garage space into the extended ground floor area created a large living space for the family to enjoy. It comprised a kitchen extension, two additional bedrooms and a downstairs shower room. Upstairs featured a new bedroom and luxury en-suite bathroom. Finally the frontage was finished with decorative chippings in place of the previous lawn.

A fabulous wrap-around side and rear single-storey extension and loft conversion, to create a fabulous family space. The house was extended out to the side return, with a full width extension across the rear of the property to incorporate a fitted kitchen. It features a ceiling with recessed spotlights and a piched tiled roof with roof windows to let more light into the property. Contemporary bi-fold doors open onto the garden. The loft was also converted into a bedroom suite to provide even more family accomodation.

This building project created a very large living space on the ground floor. Extending across the full width of the existing building it featured a double pitched roof. Inside there are vaulted ceilings with eight solar powered Velux roof windows to create a bright and airy space bathed in natural daylight.

A building project that involved the constructiom of a double storey extension to provide additional family living space, including a bedroom & en-suite bathroom with separate dressing room and a play room to the ground floor. Sand stone paving was also laid to the side and rear or the property. Finally new boundary fencing was erected and the remainder of the large front garden was block paved (to match the existing paving) to provide additional parking for several vehicles.

Before & after construction of a single storey brick built extension

The two storey side extension created additional living space for the family. It involved the demolition of an old garage to erect a two storey extension with a split level ground floor interior. The higher level of the ground floor extension at the rear, opened onto the existing kitchen and living areas; with French doors opening out onto the rear garden. The lower level provided replacement garage parking. Upstairs we built two bedrooms and installed the pluming ready for a luxury bathroom. We then built a new set of access steps to the front door and a new brick-built porch.

This single storey rear kitchen extension created additional ground floor living space. The extension was built with a pitched roof, underfloor heating, bi-folding doors and two electric Velux windows. The Velux windows are fully automatic with remote control and self-closing if it rains. The vaulted ceiling was fitted with recessed low energy LED spotlights. A contemporary cream kitchen with built-in appliances was fitted with oak flooring. We also fully decorated the kitchen. During its construction our building team also overcame the issue of difficult/restricted access to the rear of the property.

Completed in just 9 weeks this two storey extension accomodates a downstairs office, WC & dining room on the ground floor, and a new double bedroom and a large, fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating on the first floor. We also enlarged an existing bedroom and converted it into a double bedroom. This double storey extension was constructed between the house and garage, with matching brickwork & roofing tiles along with sourcing the same style of double glazed windows to ensure the new exension blended in with the original building.

Project involved removing old garage roof, constructing a second floor above and converting an existing adjacent small bedroom into an en-suite shower room. We erected a new pitched roof to match the existing roof of the house (including decorative ridge cappings and wooden eaves detailing). This ensured the finished garage extension blended in seamlessly with the surrounding houses. Project involved all of our property services: Building, joinery, brickwork, roofing, windows and door fitting, plastering, tiling, flooring, bathroom fitting, electrics & plumbing.

This very attractive canopy porch created a new entrance for the bungalow, moving the main entrance to the building from the side of the house to the front. This also required building work inside the house to create a hallway. The home improvement project was finished off by the installation of a solid oak canopy porch.

This fabulous garden building project created a very large decked area with decked steps leading down to a newly laid lawn. The decked area was finished with stylish contemporary handrails and lighting. The garden was landscaped with feature Indian Sandstone slab paving.

This building project created a beautiful gated entrance for this impressive property. It provides a fully automated electric gates with remote access and intercom entrance. The semi-circular brickwork either side of the gates gently sweeps away. The bounday wall down the full length of the drive has a decorative finish with fencing panels. Lights were also installed at the entrance and along the driveway boundary wall. Additionally we modified the block paving and laid tarmac at the entrance.
